Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy for Digital Products Thank you for purchasing from WorkbookFlows LLC. We take pride in the quality and depth of our digital infrastructure systems. Because our products are 100% digital assets delivered instantly via email and download links, they are deemed "used" immediately upon delivery. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be returned. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WorkbookFlows LLC strictly does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and the download link has been generated.

2. Non-Tangible Irrevocable Goods By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a non-tangible, irrevocable digital good. You agree that you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind.
  • Inability to use the software (Excel/Notion) due to lack of skill or compatible hardware.
  • Accidental purchase.
  • Failure to read the product description or compatibility requirements.

3. Exceptional Circumstances While our policy is strict, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a resolution in the following verified circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same product, we will refund the duplicate transaction.
  • Corrupted File: If the file you downloaded is technically defective or corrupted and cannot be opened, and our technical support team is unable to fix the issue within 48 hours.

4. Chargeback Abuse Policy WorkbookFlows LLC has a zero-tolerance policy for "friendly fraud" or unwarranted chargebacks. If you initiate a dispute or chargeback with your bank for a valid transaction:

  • We will immediately revoke your license to use our products.
  • We will submit full evidence to your bank (including access logs, IP addresses, and download timestamps) to prove the product was delivered.
  • Your account and IP address will be permanently blacklisted from our store.
